I have been fat and overweight for years. I stepped on a scale last October to find that I weighed 365 lbs. This is now a journal of my journey to attack the most daunting tasks for my son, Ethan, who died before we could see him, and my daughter Kennedy, who I love with all my heart. I want to be here and be their inspiration for everything they do in life. I could have sat here and slowly died, or I could get off my ass and live every day. I have chosen to live.
